Our 6 Step Cleaning Process
- Shoes are tracked, tagged and netted by pairs in an industrial-grade protective mesh bag
- Prior to cleaning, shoes are examined to remove loose strings, lint and environmental debris
- The inner sole and inside of the shoe is treated with compressed air to remove any loose dirt
- The cleaning process is specifically developed using the highest quality commercial grade cleaning formulations and under strict temperature- controlled conditions based on shoe color and composition
- The outer sole is steam cleaned to return it to as close to the original color as possible
- The shoe drying process is a defined temperature controlled process to protect shoe materials and avoid shrinking.

We clean sneakers, cleats, tennis shoes, canvas shoes, flip-flops, hiking boots, and crocs. We do not clean suede shoes, fine leather boots, or UGGs.

What cleaning products do you use?
The Fresh Clean Kicks cleaning process is specifically formulated and tested for shoe materials using the highest quality commercial grade detergents to hygienically clean & deodorize athletic shoes.
Why shouldn't I clean my shoes at home?
- Standard household laundry detergents are not intended to clean shoe compositions as effectively as our industrial detergents that have been formulated specifically for athletic shoes.
- Drying athletic shoes in a household dryer can cause unnecessary wear and tear on the dryer drum. Our dryers are designed to dry shoe compositions safely, in a controlled temperature environment that will not shrink or damage shoe materials.
